A fun course teaching you about coverture chocolate and guiding you through the skills to make your own box of chocolates to take home

This is the ultimate chocolate making course for chocolate lovers. You will have fun in the chocolate kitchen learning the art of making artisan chocolates. This small group course runs over 3 sessions (around 2 hours a week).

Session One

During this session you will learn all about coverture chocolate, taste test different chocolates and learn about tempering chocolate

Session Two

You will hand temper cocoa butters and decorate the chocolate moulds before shelling them with chocolate

Session Three

Now it's time to fill your chocolates with a variety of flavours, cap the chocolates and turn them out before filling your box ready to take them home and enjoy!

 

This course is run in small groups with a maximum of 4 adults. It's a great activity to do with friends or alternatively join and meet new fellow chocolate lovers.

A minimum of 2 booked places are required for the course to go ahead.
