Chocolatier in Yorkshire
I’m a lifetime lover of chocolate living in Yorkshire with my small family. I started my career in healthcare however the call of chocolate was never far away! Eating chocolate is a luxury and an indulgence everyone should have the pleasure of experiencing & I aspired to bring luxury chocolates to Yorkshire by becoming a chocolatier.
In 2021 that dream started to unfold, initially making chocolates at home in my kitchen for family and friends after taking a course on handmaking chocolates and mastering the art of tempering. This worked for a while however two chocolate loving children were consuming my produce quicker than I could make it! So, I decided time was to allow my passion to grow, I completed further studies with chocolatier Kalle Jungstedt of Sweden, expanding my knowledge of the complex medium chocolate is and discovering the art of pairing flavours.
In 2022 the demand for fusion chocolates negated a moved from my home base to my chocolate kitchen in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. I pour passion into each and everyone I make, taking time at each stage to ensure they not only look stunning but also taste amazing. I truly believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience luxury artisan chocolates in their lifetime and I promise you won’t ever regret it!
Oh my goodness me. I have not eaten sugar since January 2020…you have literally ruined my good behaviour. Chocolates are delicious!
