Frequently Asked Questions

01. Do you cater for allergies, such as nut allergy?

Whilst we are happy to not include specific flavours if an allergy is to be catered for you need to be aware that Fusion Chocolates are made in a kitchen that handles nut and wheat products.

02. Can I choose what flavours are included in my box?

All the boxes are sold as mixed flavours and will be selected from those available at the time of ordering. Where the box size accommodates more chocolates than the current collection at least one of each flavour will be included.

03. Do you ship abroad?

As chocolate is perishable and susceptible to temperature variation we do not ship abroad as the risk of being spoiled is too great.

04. Can you offer a bespoke service?

Yes! Send an email detailing your needs and we can explore the options.

05. Do any of your chocolates contain alcohol?

Some flavours may contain alcohol; these are marked so you are aware. If you require these to be excluded from your order for religious or other reasons please let us know at checkout.

06. What is the shelf life of your chocolates?

All the chocolates are handmade to recipes that are designed to give a maximum of 3 months shelf life. Depending on the stock at the time of your order the minimum shelf life will be one month.
